The ideal candidate will lead the entire design process of projects. We expect you to have:

1. An international perspective and aesthetic sensibility, with comprehensive thinking and judgment skills, capable of guiding the team through the entire design process from concept to execution;

2. A bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, with substantial hands-on project experience;

3. Strong team coordination and time management skills, able to keep up with fast-paced project progress;

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, with knowledge of relevant design and construction regulations.

(2) Architectural Designer

The ideal candidate will serve as a core team member, deeply involved in the full design process of projects. We expect you to have:

1. A certain level of independent design ability and a strong sense of responsibility;

2. A bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, with 2-3 years of work experience and a solid professional knowledge base;

3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to fast-paced project progress;

4. Relevant work experience, proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with rendering software such as Enscape.

(3) Assistant Architectural Designer

The ideal candidate will participate in the entire project design process. We expect you to have:

1. A proactive attitude in collaborating with the design team, with enthusiasm for learning and communication;

2. A bachelor's degree in architecture;

3. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, along with the ability to create handmade models.
