本設計旨在塑造一個帶有強烈文化色彩的混合小區。通過把公寓樓打造成門戶建築，從而形成一個帶有尊貴感的、促進住戶之間交往的社區環境。This design forms a mixed-use cultural district. The apartment building is created as a "gateway" building. This becomes a dignified residential community.The goal is to improve the communication among the residents.
